Net Profit is the total gross revenue we get, including all wins and losses made by players. From this sum, we deduct:

- Processing fees: They are assessed at 10% of gross revenues and cover all affiliate customers’ deposits and withdrawals.
Earnings that are in the red are carried over to the following month. Before you can start making money again, you must first make enough to pay the chargeback. Before you may get commission payments from the KRIKYA affiliate program in a given month, your account needs to have a minimum of 3 active wagering clients.

The monthly minimum payout requirement for commission earned is ৳1,000. There is no upper limit on payouts. Also, we maintain the right to alter the KRIKYA Affiliate Commission calculation formula and percentage.
Terminating an Affiliate Contract
If you spam or otherwise promote our services, we shall immediately terminate the Agreement without giving you any other options. You have no right and are not permitted to obligate us in any way by making any representations, warranties, or claims in connection with us.
You must take down all of our banners and icons from your website(s) and disable any links that point to our website after termination. You will instantly lose access to all of the rights and licenses granted to you in the Agreement. You must stop using our Marks and return to us any and all copies of confidential information that you have in your possession.By confidential information, we mean any details on our operations, company, underlying technology, and/or the KRIKYA Affiliate program over the course of the Agreement. You acknowledge that without first receiving our prior written consent, you will not disclose or otherwise utilize any such confidential information to outside parties, and that you will only use the classified data as is required to carry out the terms of the Agreement. After this agreement ends, you still have obligations relating to sensitive information.
